A dynamic red, well structured, exhibiting fruit and berries. Approximate yearly production of 10.000 bottles. Varietal: 100% Xinomavro Vinification: Organic viticulture. Fermented in stainless steel tank and further aging for 12 months in French oak barrels. The wine is bottled without any prior treatment and unfiltered.
